    Implant a management system and Plan for OHS according with the standard OHSAS in the Project.

    Control and update periodically Health and Safety rates, objectives and KPI OHS Plan of the project: Health and Safety rates according with the objectives of the company for the year, Specific OHS Plans, safety procedures, accidents reports, Non conformities, investigation of accidents and incidents, emergency procedures, emergency drills, etc…

    Redact and update HSE Induction and Campaign Trainings contents.

    Review Pretask Talk records and Work Permits System.

    Review and redact when required Safety Control procedures in management of Health and Safety with review of Method Statement and Risk Assessment.

    Audit control of subcontractors and implementation of HSE Plans and HSE Procedures.

    Investigation of Accidents, flash reports, Incidents and HIPOs (High Potential Cases).

    Root Cause Analysis methodology knowledge.

    Control number of active records (OHS inspections) on site by site personnel and external personnel.

    Redact procedure for Machinery review according color coding system.

    Implement HSE Log Book update and record of findings at project level.

    Review Daily HSE site inspections and NCs closing.

    Knowledge of Belgium Texas local Regulations.

    Redact and update emergency procedures.

    Participate in Internal and External Audits.

    Support HSE Meetings internal and with subcontractors.

    Lesson Learned record

    Monthly reports

    Environmental certificate.

    Requirements:

    Bachelor’s degree required; preferably in an engineering or technical discipline.

    Manager 4-5 years of experience in the Health, Safety, Environmental and Regulatory work environment, preferably in construction of photovoltaic solar plants.

    OSHA 500 Certification

    Advanced Computer skills to produce reports: Word, Excel, Powerpoint

    English (valuable also knowledge of Spanish)

    Teamworker

    This position is headquarter in Houston, but will have to supervise the different job sites the company has.
