Scope:

The HSE Manager will be responsible for developing, implementing, and overseeing policies and programs to ensure compliance with environmental regulations and workplace safety standards. This role requires a proactive approach to risk management, fostering a culture of safety, and safeguarding the well-being of all employees in environments where large equipment is frequently moved using cranes, hoisting, and rigging.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement comprehensive health and safety programs in compliance with OSHA, EPA, and other regulatory agencies.
• Conduct regular audits and inspections to identify hazards and ensure adherence to safety protocols.
• Collaborate with various departments to promote occupational health initiatives and enhance workplace ergonomics.
• Maintain accurate records of safety incidents, training sessions, and compliance documentation.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Environmental Science, Occupational Health, Safety Management, or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience in an industrial manufacturing environment involving cranes, hoists, rigs, etc.
• Strong knowledge of OSHA regulations, EPA guidelines, and occupational health standards.
