Are you passionate about making a difference in the lives of others? We’re seeking reliable, compassionate Habilitation Training Specialists (HTS) to support individuals with developmental disabilities in residential settings. HTS staff help individuals live more independently by assisting with daily living skills, personal care, behavior support, and community engagement.

What You’ll Do:

• Provide hands-on support with daily routines, hygiene, meals, and medication (as needed)

• Encourage independence and skill-building

• Support positive behavior strategies and goal achievement

• Document progress and report any concerns

• Maintain a safe, clean, and supportive environment

Current Shift Openings:

Weekend Coverage (24 Hours Total)

• Saturday: 3:00 PM – Sunday 7:00 AM

• Sunday: 3:00 PM – 11:00 PM

Floater/Fill-In Opportunities Available:

Monday – Thursday: 4:00 PM – 11:00 PM

Monday – Friday: 3:00 PM – 11:00 PM

Saturday & Sunday: 8:00 AM – 8:00 PM

Saturday & Sunday: 7:00 PM – 7:00 AM

Saturday & Sunday: 7:00 AM – 11:00 PM

Monday – Friday: 7:00 AM – 3:00 PM

Saturday: 11:00 PM – 7:00 AM (Sunday)

Sunday: 11:00 PM – 7:00 AM (Monday)
