    We want YOU to join our HVAC team in San Antonio. We are seeking a thorough and communicative Account Manager for our HVAC team. This position will be responsible for meeting monthly sales and performance goals, acting as customer’s advocate while working internally with multiple departments to ensure customer’s needs are understood and delivered.

    Position Duties/Responsibilities:

    • Understand customers’ HVAC and BAS needs and explain the value of our services

    • Maintain up to date knowledge of company products and services offered; as well as current industry trends

    • Utilize industry knowledge and expertise to support customers and resolve their HVAC and BAS needs

    • Provide accurate quotes for maintenance, repairs, and installs

    • Provide timely communication, response, and follow-up

    • Resolve customer complaints or escalate to appropriate department and/or management

    • Attend relevant trade shows, educational presentations, and customer-oriented conferences and events

    • Facilitate customer appreciation by sending welcome packages, dropping treats/swag, hosting lunches, etc.

    • Actively represent Company in local organizations such as AAFAME and/or BOMA, by attending luncheons, events, and participating in committees

    • Utilize CRM to maintain, track, and update customer data and activities daily

    • Maintain accurate records as it pertains to job walks and site visits

    • Collaborate with internal departments to facilitate full circle customer fulfillment

    • Monitor self-performance through CRM and management reporting

    • Meet monthly sales and performance goals

    • Report progress regularly to Vice President; and seek feedback and coaching when needed

    • Facilitate open communication and close working relationships with team and management

    • Promote a company culture that encourages top performance, personal growth, and high morale

    • Ensure adherence to company policies and procedures

    Position Qualifications:

    • Bachelor’s degree in sales, communications, or related field, or equivalent training and experience

    • 10+ years’ experience in the HVAC industry or Trades-related industry

    • Driven and passionate about our company vision, developing our team, and serving our customers

    • Highly organized and diligent

    • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills

    • Excellent active listening skills

    • Ability to collect, track, and analyze large amounts of data

    • Advanced problem-solving skills

    • Adaptability in a face-paced, rapidly growing company

    • Flexibility to varying situations and surprise circumstances

    • Ability to build rapport and collaborate with others within the company and externally

    • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Dynamics 365

    • Understanding of smartphones, mobile applications, VoIP phones, computers, printers, copiers, and modern office technology

    Physical Demands/Work Environment:

    • Must be able to sit or stand for prolonged periods of time

    • Must be able to work on ladders, lifts, and from high elevations

    • Must be able to work in confined spaces

    • Must be able to work in extremely hot and cold climates

    • MUST have reliable transportation to commute to and from office, jobsites, and events
