    Job Description

    This is a key role for a detail-oriented professional who relies upon their excellent organizational skills and the ability to effectively handle multiple priorities. To be successful in this role, you should be proactive, meet deadlines, and communicate effectively.

    PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES

    • Compose reports, memos, letters and other documents
    • Establish and maintain confidential and operational files for the Executive Team.
    • Gather information and develop summaries as requested.
    • Prepare materials and schedule meetings and presentations for senior executives (e.g. documents, video conferencing, and other logistics)
    • Index and file documents, make copies.
    • Schedule and manage travel itineraries.
    • Plan appointments and coordinate events for company executives.
    • Answer phones and screens phone calls, assists and directs callers and takes messages.
    • Work with information that is highly confidential, strategic and critical in nature.
    • Provide office support to all departments as needed

     

    COMPETENCY AND EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS

    • Strong computer skills required including experience with Microsoft Outlook, Microsoft Office - Excel, Word and PowerPoint.  High level competency with Excel required.

    • Must be very well-organized, detail-oriented, and able to prioritize and multi-task with great follow-up skills.

    • Excellent organization and prioritization skills, and able to work with strict deadlines.

    • Must possess superior judgment, professionalism, and the ability to maintain the highest level of confidentiality regarding internal business matters

    • Ability to proactively identify and resolve matters.

    • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment

    • Minimum 5 years’ experience in an administrative role supporting senior level managers

    • Strong acumen with office management principles and technologies.

    • Excellent interpersonal skills

    • Ability to effectively communicate with all levels of the organization.

    • Must be flexible to work extended hours as needed.

    EDUCATION

    • Associates or Bachelor’s degree preferred in Business Administration
