PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES
COMPETENCY AND EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS
Strong computer skills required including experience with Microsoft Outlook, Microsoft Office - Excel, Word and PowerPoint. High level competency with Excel required.
Must be very well-organized, detail-oriented, and able to prioritize and multi-task with great follow-up skills.
Excellent organization and prioritization skills, and able to work with strict deadlines.
Must possess superior judgment, professionalism, and the ability to maintain the highest level of confidentiality regarding internal business matters
Ability to proactively identify and resolve matters.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
Minimum 5 years’ experience in an administrative role supporting senior level managers
Strong acumen with office management principles and technologies.
Excellent interpersonal skills
Ability to effectively communicate with all levels of the organization.
Must be flexible to work extended hours as needed.
