Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

• Supervise and manage a team of 12+ HVAC construction technicians.
• Maintain clear communication with general contractors, project managers, and field technicians.
• Coordinate and schedule multiple projects simultaneously.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for job superintendent(s).
• Interpret and work from blueprints.
• Conduct material takeoffs to ensure project readiness.
• Provide leadership and uphold quality standards throughout all phases of construction.

We are It if this is You:

• Minimum of 8 years’ experience installing heavy commercial and industrial HVAC systems.
• Minimum of 5 years’ experience installing ductwork and sheet metal for large commercial projects, such as warehouses, supermarkets, and retail stores.
• Hands-on field management experience in commercial HVAC construction.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Knowledge of safety procedures.
• High School diploma or equivalent.
• Valid Driver’s License.
