    • Our client, a leading mechanical servicing company with over 50 years of experience, specializes in executing large-scale commercial projects across Salt Lake City and the Western U.S. They are seeking an HVAC Controls Project Sales Representative to oversee a designated territory based in the Salt Lake City area. The ideal candidate will have experience in Building Automation/Controls experience and a minimum of two years of B2B sales experience.
    • The HVAC Controls Project Sales Representative will be responsible for a combination of office and field-based responsibilities, working within a collaborative and highly driven team that is committed to delivering exceptional customer service.

    Responsibilities:

    • In this role, the HVAC Controls Project Sales Representative will drive growth in our client’s HVAC service project business by selling building automation and controls solutions that enhance efficiency through repair, replacement, and retrofit projects. They will focus on new business development in the new construction and retrofit markets, working directly with Facility Directors, Engineers, and key decision-makers.
    • Key responsibilities include maintaining accounts, developing subcontractor relationships, supporting project execution, and identifying strategic growth opportunities. Leveraging technical expertise, they will provide recommendations, technical support, and exceptional service, collaborating with customers and internal teams to deliver efficient HVAC system installations, upgrades, and modifications. This role engages with facility owners and managers across healthcare, hospitality, local government, and industrial sectors.

    Qualifications:

    • The ideal candidate will have a minimum of two years of B2B sales experience and at least five years in the HVAC Automation industry. They should possess strong estimating skills, exceptional communication abilities, and a proactive mindset to drive meaningful contributions within the company.

    Compensation:

    • Our client provides a base salary up to 90k/year, along with an uncapped commission program.
