Mack Morris Heating and Air Conditioning has been providing HVAC services to central Virginia since 1985.. We are now looking for someone to join our Customer Service Team. This person would be answering the phone, scheduling maintenance agreement appointments. Making outbound call for service follow-up. Explaining out ESA program to our customer base. Debriefing technicians on their service calls when necessary.
