    Responsibilities:

    Sales Generation:

    Identify and target potential clients for duct fabrication products and services.

    Develop and maintain relationships with new and existing customers.

    Client Engagement:

    Conduct sales presentations and product demonstrations.

    Understand client needs and provide appropriate duct fabrication solutions.

    Lead Generation:

    Research and prospect for HVAC companies and contractors in need of ductwork services.

    Identify key decision-makers and initiate contact to explore business opportunities.

    Quotation and Pricing:

    Prepare and present detailed quotations and proposals to clients.

    Negotiate pricing and terms to secure sales contracts.

    Market Research:

    Stay informed about industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities.

    Identify opportunities for business growth and development.

    Order Processing:

    Facilitate the order process from initial contact through delivery.

    Coordinate with production and logistics teams to ensure timely fulfillment.

    Customer Support:

    Address client inquiries and resolve any issues or concerns.

    Provide post-sale support and follow-up to ensure customer satisfaction.

    Reporting and Documentation:

    Maintain accurate records of sales activities, client interactions, and transactions.

    Prepare regular sales reports and forecasts for management review.

    Collaboration:

    Work closely with the marketing team to develop sales materials and strategies.

    Collaborate with the engineering and production teams to ensure product specifications meet client requirements.

    Training and Development:

    Continuously improve product knowledge and sales skills through training and self-study.

    Attend industry conferences, workshops, and seminars to stay current with HVAC technologies.

    Commission-Based Pay:

    Earn commission based on sales performance and achievement of targets.
