We are a small family owned and operated company that has been in business for over two decades. We are looking to grow the construction side of our business and this starts with bringing on a dedicated estimator to help bid on residential and commercial projects. I prefer to find somebody that has HVAC experience and won't require a lot of time to get trained for the position. I am open to part time candidates but the end goal is to have someone full time working on bids. Must be tech savvy, be confident in learning the estimating program that we use, as well as basic internet searches and gathering prices for materials, and help ordering supplies. The role would entail going over plans, asking contractors clarifying questions, working with supply houses to get material pricing, as well as ordering materials once the jobs are approved. Work with the project manager for the scope of work and customer expectations. Honesty and integrity are very important to us, as well as an open minded positive attitude. We strive to have a culture that we can be honest and open with each other to help each other grow and achieve goals Pay structure and rate is negotiable and based on experience. Previously it has been $18-$20 hourly plus commission on jobs won which in the past has totaled between $60,000 - $75,000/yr. Paid time off, Paid holidays, success sharing.
