HVAC Estimator - Residential Mechanical Servicing Company - Base Salary to 120k/year - Ludlow VT

• Our client, a strong residential mechanical servicing company, has an immediate need for an HVAC Estimator, to be based out of the Ludlow, VT area. Our client has a stellar reputation in the Ludlow area and has been providing HVAC solutions to home owners for more than 35 years. Responsibilities:

• In this role, the HVAC Estimator will work with home owners and some builders and building owners to provide estimates for residential and light commercial maintenance, repair, and installations. The Estimator will be responsible for understanding HVAC systems and design, generating cost estimates, and proposals. He/she will put together estimates and make recommendations to home owners.

Qualifications:

• The ideal candidate for this role will have 1+ years of experience reviewing mechanical drawings and specifications, or have come from the field and have a strong mechanical understanding. Experience with HVAC/Plumbing systems and/or temperature controls is required. The candidate should be comfortable interacting with customers, have strong math skills, and be capable of providing exceptional customer service and technical support.

Compensation:

• Compensation includes a base salary in the 100k - 120k/year range, as well as commission/bonus opportunity.
