Rentmeister Total Home Service is a family owned business who is looking for an experienced HVAC Installer/Finisher to join our team!

Full time, Mon-Fri, 7am-5 pm, Pay based on Experience. Tasks/Responsibilities

Push, pull and lift to 50lbs

Interpret building codes and regulations as they relate to HVAC

Diagnose problems and make recommendations, repair and replace damaged parts

Read and interpret blueprints, floor plans and wiring diagrams

Work independently in the absence of supervision

Work closely with colleagues as part of an integrated team

Follow standard processes to accomplish tasks

Communicate orally and in writing, understand and follow oral and written directions

Establish and maintain effective relationships with those contacted in the course of work

Safely operate company vehicles, machinery, and equipment

Recognize safety hazards commonly found in HVAC operations, and identify and implement appropriate controls to ensure safe work

Provide knowledge and train apprentices and newly assigned technicians

Install HVAC systems

Take responsibility for 100% inspection of the home in the final steps

Install registers and grills throughout the home

Set up condenser/heat pump according to builders specifications

Start up condenser, furnace or mini split to ensure operation

Qualifications

EPA and RMGA Certification

Willing to work in all types of weather

Considerable knowledge of standard tools, methods, and materials of the HVAC trade

Possess basic knowledge of computers and cell phone apps

Must be able to pass a background check and drug screen

Must posses reliable transportation and have a clean driving record
