The role is to help with properly servicing and installing home comfort systems into homes and buildings within the guidelines of the company, and core values of 318 Heat & Air. Our team strives to provide quality service and workmanship to ensure customer satisfaction. Teamwork and communication are utilized to achieve performance results within the company guidelines. 318 Heat & Air is devoted to personal skill development and training to upgrade employee skills while providing service to our Northeast Louisiana community.

Qualifications
· Valid Driver’s License
· Ability to pull/backup a trailer
· Fully capable of following safety procedures
· Understand and can use HVAC tools
· Meet the quality of work that the company expects
· Basic customer relations skills
· Ability to understand and follow instructions
· Basic construction/carpentry knowledge
· Ability to read and understand freon gauges
· Basic knowledge of electrical principles
· Basic knowledge of charging procedures
· Basic knowledge of HVAC systems
· Basic knowledge of plumbing
· Intro to HVAC mathematics
Expectations
Always communicate with the General Manager any issues, customer concerns, or any obstacle that hinders meeting the 318 Heat & Air customer guidelines for satisfaction.
Be prepared to offer constructive solutions to problems.
Support your fellow team member of 318 Heat & Air – solving issues or problems through constructive communication.
Complete all paperwork and necessary administrative tasks on time, and in an accurate manner to support company operations.
Be a leader and a model example for the installers in all that is expected from them. This shall include personal appearance and grooming, truck care and cleanliness, workmanship, customer satisfaction, productivity, attitude, etc.
Meet installation quality and time guidelines and goals.
All jobs completed same day unless priced otherwise.
Support the 24-Hour emergency on-call installation schedule.
Physical and Work Environment Requirements:
Exposure to extreme conditions such as heat
Walking and standing for long periods of time, driving, sitting, climbing
Ability to climb ladders and work at ceiling heights
