WHAT ARE WE LOOKING FOR?

The primary duties of an Install Technician are to perform retrofit replacements for HVAC systems. Working in crews to remove and replace furnaces The main responsibilities of an Install Technician involve performing retrofit replacements for HVAC systems. Working as part of a team, technicians remove and replace furnaces and air conditioners. Each system undergoes safety and performance testing, including checks for carbon monoxide and natural gas leaks. Customer service is a key focus. Daily tasks include handling technical aspects of the job, processing payments, providing clear and detailed information about each home and its needs, and maintaining inventory on the service truck, among other duties. Technicians also communicate with homeowners about the status of their system post-service. Paid training is provided. **
