  • Responsibilities

    Rentmeister Total Home Service is a family owned business looking for an experienced HVAC installer/journeyman to join our Team! The HVAC installation crew member installs air conditioning, heating and control systems, heat pumps and mini splits in new construction/ Residential homes.

    Job Qualifications/Journeyman

    High school graduate and graduate of a post-secondary HVAC program of instruction of two or more years in duration.

    One or more years of successful and full-time HVAC experience, preferably in New Construction Installation

    Good oral and reading skills, including the ability to read and apply manufacturers' installation instructions and clearly communicate with Rentmeister employees.

    Physical ability to perform all duties noted above under the conditions, circumstances, and extreme weather conditions.

    Interest and initiative in maintaining his/her HVAC skills through a combination of self-study, company training, manufacturers' workshops, and other professional development activities.

    Current Drivers license

    Must have a good driving record

    Ability to work efficiently given time pressures and over time ( as needed )

    Complete and pass pre-employment drug screen and background check

    (Rentmeister Total Home Service does NOT accept applicants who possess a Medical Marijuana Card.)

    Preferred Qualifications: RMGA Certified EPA Certified Completed or currently attending HVAC trade school, (or have equivalent experience)
