LEAD INSTALLERS MAKE $35-$45 PER HOUR DEPENDING ON EXPERIENCE AND SKILL SET

EXPERIENCED HELPERS MAKE $25-$30 PER HOUR

THE IDEAL CANDIDATES MUST HAVE THE FOLLOWING EXPERIENCE AND SKILLS:

Able to work full-time AND overtime

Over 3 yrs field of experience residential and light commercial.

Familiar with local and state trade code

Excellent customer service

Honest, Motivated, and Dependable

Must be strong in troubleshooting of residential systems

Must speak, read and write fluent English

Must be able to sell on the job

Install, Service, and Maintenance

Problem solver

NATE Certification is preferred

Plumbing Experience is A Plus

Must have clean record-Driving and be able to pass criminal background check - 0 felonies

Our office is located in Chantilly, VA. Ideal candidate should live within 20 miles of office as our customer base is in the Northern Virginia area.
