Job Description: We are seeking a skilled and experienced HVAC Installer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in installing various HVAC systems for residential and commercial clients. This role requires excellent technical skills, attention to detail, and a commitment to delivering superior customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

Install HVAC systems, including furnaces, air conditioners, heat pumps, and ductless systems, in residential and commercial settings.

Perform system start-ups and ensure proper operation.

Install ductwork and other HVAC components as required.

Provide excellent customer service by communicating effectively with customers about their HVAC installation needs.

Ensure all installations are completed in accordance with company standards and local codes.

Maintain accurate records of all installations performed.

Adhere to all company policies, procedures, and safety regulations.

Qualifications:

High school diploma or equivalent.

Proven experience as an HVAC Installer.

Strong knowledge of HVAC systems and installation practices.

Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical diagrams.

Excellent customer service and communication skills.

Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.

HVAC certification from an accredited technical school or completion of an apprenticeship.

EPA certification is a plus.

Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
