Success as an HVAC Installer includes like overseeing the installation of generators, gas lines, and HVAC units in residential settings. Your role extends to designing and installing advanced HVAC equipment, ductwork, and piping for optimal performance and efficiency, ensuring homes reach new levels of comfort.

Responsibilities for the HVAC Installer:
- Install, maintain, and repair refrigeration, heating, and air conditioning systems.
- Capable of independently performing the entire installation process to collaborate with team members to make sure the job is done efficiently with no callbacks.
- Ensure efficient material usage and maintain sufficient equipment stock.
- Collect payment or payment details from customers for services rendered.
- Maintain company vehicle and equipment, ensuring cleanliness and proper functioning.
- Prepare invoices, daily route sheets, and weekly reports as necessary.
- Maintain accurate logs of all work performed.
- Ensure our reputation for superior service is maintained during all interactions with customers.
- Fulfill additional responsibilities as required, including cross-training in various roles.
Requirements for the HVAC Installer:
- 2+ years of residential HVAC experience required
- Aware of local HVAC and building codes and ability to make on-the-job applications.
- EPA Certified Required
- Participates in “On-Call” work schedule rotation.
- Attending all company and departmental meetings as scheduled.
- Continued education and training.
- Highly organized with exceptional follow-through abilities.
- Strong verbal and written communication.
- High integrity with advanced social skills and ability to make solid connections.
