Job Overview:

We are seeking an experienced HVAC General Manager with an H3 license to join our team in the Mooresville/North Charlotte, NC area. This is a unique opportunity to play a key role in growing a franchise backed by a well-established national brand.

The General Manager will have full P&L responsibility and oversee all aspects of the Franchise Business Unit, ensuring operational success, revenue growth, and customer satisfaction. The ideal candidate will be a dynamic leader with a strong background in HVAC management, business development, and team leadership.

Key Responsibilities:

Oversee all operational functions, ensuring profitability and efficiency.

Develop and implement strategic plans to meet revenue and growth targets.

Actively participate in business development and sales generation.

Establish and maintain internal policies, controls, and safety protocols.

Monitor pricing structures and labor rates, negotiating with vendors as needed.

Track key operational metrics, including call volume, sales, technician performance, and expenses.

Ensure compliance with job permitting and warranty processing.

Lead, train, and develop a high-performing operations team.

Assist with job bidding, project management, inventory control, and collections.

Qualifications:

5-7 years of HVAC experience.

3-5 years of supervisory or management experience.

Proven ability to meet and exceed revenue objectives.

Strong analytical skills for cost and forecasting analysis.

Experience in recruiting, training, and building a strong team culture.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Access).

Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.

Certifications:

North Carolina H3 License (Required)

EPA Certification
