RESPONSIBILITIES

Perform routine maintenance on Heating and Air Conditioning equipment. (You’ll be the wizard behind the comfort of our clients!)

Spot potential issues with equipment before they become problems. Basically, you’re our Fortnite Sledgehammer!

Give customers the lowdown on findings and offer your expert recommendations. (They’ll love you for it.)

Keep our database in check with accurate and timely info.

Participate in training to level up your skills – let’s make you the HVAC Jedi you were meant to be!

Know exactly what customers need and how to help them. You’ll be their go-to expert.

Be open to feedback, always striving for the next level of awesome.

Perform other duties as requested (think of it like extra credit).

Grow within our organization (because we’re all about career development).

Some overnight travel – for training, conferences, and other cool stuff.

Compensation:

$16.00 - $19.50 per hour (depending on your proven awesomeness)
