JOB SUMMARY

This position requires 5+ years of HVAC experience and preferred experience using Service Titan will manage HVAC technicians, perform service, repair, and maintenance on HVAC systems in a residential and light commercial setting with opportunity for career growth with this exciting new start up.

JOB DUTIES

● Manage, train and direct the operations of the HVAC technicians

● Services, maintains, and repairs residential and light commercial HVAC systems

● Determines general condition of HVAC systems, and can troubleshoot HVAC malfunctions and determine extent of necessary repairs

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS

● High school diploma or equivalent

● Must have 5+ years successful experience as a Technician in the HVAC industry

● NATE certification preferred

● Service Titan experience prefered

● Must display strong communication skills and technical competence

● Ability to pass a thorough background check and drug screen

● Clean driving record
