    FMM is seeking a motivated professional to fulfill our HVAC Project Coordinator position. FMM is a maintenance and construction company servicing both residential and commercial clients nationwide.

    Job Summary: This position will work closely with the HVAC Department and Project Managers in tracking projects, obtaining and submitting bids and scheduling subs.

    Essential Job Duties and Responsibilities: (Included but not limited to)

    Work in Progress schedule

    Assist the HVAC Manager with projects

    Review budget costs prior to submittal to client

    Review open work orders and report status to HVAC Manager

    Give clients weekly updates on status of work orders

    Prepare submittal logs

    Check Submittals

    Prepare and maintain RFI log

    Document and submit change orders

    Follow up with clients after project completion to ensure customer service is per company core values

    Required Skills and Abilities:

    Excellent written and verbal skills

    Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite

    Experience in contractor accounting systems such as CMiC or similar

    Knowledge in HVAC services is not required, but is a plus

    Excellent leadership skills

    Ability to work with a team and independently

    Organizational skills

    Education and Experience:

    Bachelors degree in Construction Management or related field

    Work experience in lieu of degree will be accepted when work experience is applicable to the related field

    Physical Requirements:

    Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer

    Must be able to lift up to 15 pounds at a time

    Ability to pass a Fit for Duty Screening
