HVAC Project Manager
Minneapolis, MN | Direct Hire | $80k-$120k

Konik is partnered with a growing HVAC contractor who is adding an HVAC Project Manager to their team.

HVAC Project Manager Responsibilities:

• Manage industrial commercial project's progress and schedule; resolve any needed changes
• Establish, develop, and retain service relationships for commercial and industrial customers
• Work collaboratively with engineering and design teams, as well as owners and contractors
• Ensure correct material, equipment, and subcontractors are coordinated

HVAC Project Manager Requirements:

• 3+ years of experience managing HVAC projects and using MEP Estimating software or similar
• Ability to work in a collaborative environment; design and sales
• Strong analytical and problem solving skills
• Ability to read construction drawing and blueprints
