    Compensation: Commission-based, with first-year earnings potential ranging from $100K to $250K

    About the Role We are looking for a motivated and customer-focused HVAC Sales Consultant to join our team. In this role, you’ll help homeowners and light commercial clients explore options for HVAC system replacements, educate them on how we can improve the health, safety, and comfort of their environments, and provide tailored solutions that meet their specific needs.

    Key Responsibilities

    Customer Consultation: Conduct in-home consultations with homeowners and light commercial clients, offering tailored HVAC replacement solutions.

    Product Knowledge: Present a variety of HVAC system options and explain their benefits clearly and effectively.

    Financing Solutions: Present financing options to help customers make informed decisions.

    Sales Practices: Learn and apply our ethical sales system to ensure a seamless customer experience.

    Customer Education: Provide guidance on improving the health, safety, and comfort of clients' home environments with HVAC solutions.

    Collaboration: Communicate with the sales coordinator and sales manager to stay aligned with company goals.

    Record Keeping: Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales activities.

    Team Contribution: Attend training sessions, meetings, and follow-up/prospecting efforts as needed.

    Vehicle Maintenance: Maintain a clean and organized company vehicle.

    Safety & Professionalism: Exhibit a safety-conscious attitude and professionalism at all times, both on the job and when driving.

    Minimum Qualifications

    Experience: Proven track record in B2C sales, ideally within the HVAC industry.

    Communication Skills: Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build trust and rapport with customers.

    Sales Expertise: Demonstrated success in meeting or exceeding sales targets.

    Tech-Savvy: Comfortable using multiple software systems to track customer data and manage sales processes.

    Physical Requirements:

    Ability to remain stationary for extended periods (50% of the time).

    Ability to bend, kneel, reach, squat, and stand for long periods.

    Capable of lifting, carrying, or pushing up to 75 lbs.

    Ability to drive and sit for extended periods.

    Qualifications:

    High school diploma or equivalent.

    Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.

    Ability to pass background checks and drug screenings.
