    HVAC Service Manager – Kingman, AZ Base Salary: $100K | Total Compensation: Up to $125K+ (Negotiable)

    Are you an experienced HVAC Service Manager looking for a leadership opportunity with a growing, well-established company? We are seeking a driven and organized professional to oversee 17 service technicians and manage both commercial and residential HVAC service operations in Kingman, AZ.

    Key Responsibilities:

    Lead, mentor, and manage a team of 17 HVAC service technicians to ensure high performance, efficiency, and customer satisfaction.

    Oversee day-to-day commercial and residential HVAC service operations, ensuring timely and high-quality work.

    Develop and implement service strategies, procedures, and best practices to improve operational efficiency and profitability.

    Monitor and analyze service department performance, identifying areas for improvement and implementing solutions.

    Ensure compliance with industry regulations, safety protocols, and company standards.

    Assist in recruiting, hiring, training, and retaining top HVAC talent.

    Manage service schedules, technician assignments, and customer expectations to maximize productivity.

    Foster a customer-first culture, ensuring a high level of client satisfaction and retention.

    Collaborate with leadership on budgeting, forecasting, and revenue goals to drive department success.

    Work with sales teams to identify new business opportunities and expand service offerings.

    Qualifications:

    5+ years of HVAC leadership experience (Service Manager, Lead Technician, or similar).

    Strong background in commercial and residential HVAC service operations.

    Proven ability to lead and develop high-performing teams.

    Solid understanding of budgeting, scheduling, and performance metrics in an HVAC service department.

    Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.

    Knowledge of local HVAC codes, industry regulations, and safety standards.

    EPA certification required; NATE certification preferred.

    Compensation & Benefits:

    $100K base salary with total compensation up to $125K+ (negotiable)
