    What You’ll Do:

    Team Development

    Oversee the growth, profitability, and operational efficiency of the service department.

    Lead highly accountable team meetings.

    Exemplify our core values, mission, and vision to continue company growth.

    Identify and implement solutions to increase market share, customer satisfaction, and tangible results.

    Ensure all Service Technicians receive proper training and ongoing development.

    Project Management

    Work closely with team members and customers during projects, providing coaching and support.

    Coach the team on troubleshooting and resolving technical issues, proposing viable solutions to meet client needs.

    Customer Engagement

    On-site solution finding on difficult projects.

    On-site training.

    Customer satisfaction.

    Requirements

    What You’ll Bring:

    Strong leadership skills.

    3–5 years of HVAC industry experience.

    Familiarity with mechanical HVAC.

    Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.

    Proficient in billing, invoicing, and inventory management.

    Strong problem-solving skills and a customer-focused mindset.

    Ability to work flexible hours, including nights and weekends as needed.

    Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook).

    A valid driver’s license.

    Benefits

    What We Offer:

    Compensation: $110,000

    $90,000 base salary and performance-based bonuses $20,00+
