Airpex Cooling Heating and Plumbing is looking for a skilled HVAC Service Technician with a strong ability to diagnose, repair, and maintain heating and cooling systems while confidently offering solutions and upgrades to customers. If you’re a customer-focused technician who enjoys problem-solving and closing sales, we want to hear from you!

What You’ll Do:

Perform maintenance, troubleshooting, and repairs on residential and light commercial HVAC systems.

Educate customers on system performance and recommend upgrades, replacements, or maintenance plans.

Provide top-notch customer service while identifying sales opportunities for additional services.

Present estimates and close sales on new equipment installations and indoor air quality products.

Maintain accurate records of service calls and customer interactions.

Follow company safety policies and industry best practices.

What We’re Looking For:

HVAC experience (3+ years preferred).

EPA certification required; NATE certification is a plus.

Strong troubleshooting and diagnostic skills.

Sales experience or a strong ability to upsell and educate customers on service options.

Excellent communication and customer service skills.

Valid driver’s license and a clean driving record.
