Pay: $28-$36/hourly plus bonus & commissions

The primary duties of a Service Technician include performing maintenance checks and services on HVAC systems, troubleshooting various residential systems, and diagnosing repair options. Safety and performance tests are conducted on each system, along with checking for carbon monoxide and natural gas leaks in the area. A strong emphasis is placed on customer service. Daily tasks involve the technical aspects of the job, collecting payments, providing accurate and detailed information about each home and situation, maintaining truck inventory levels, and communicating with homeowners about the status of their system after service is completed, among other responsibilities.
