QUALIFICATIONS:

Min. 2 Years of FIELD experience with residential heating and air conditioning.

Able to work alone as well with the team.

Have a positive attitude.

Good social and communication skills.

A desire to learn and grow in the HVAC industry.

Have the ability to use smartphones, tablets, and computers.

EPA Certification.

Valid Drivers License with clean driving record.

Agree to drug testing.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

Enjoy working with customers and provide excellent customer service.

Provide HVAC preventative maintenance, service, and estimates.

Make an effort to learn all aspects of HVAC.

Assist in other business functions as needed.

Follow all safety policies and procedures.

Other duties as assigned.
