HVAC Service and Install Manager
Responsibilities:
Oversee the daily operations of the HVAC Service Department. You will be responsible for managing and leading a team of HVAC technicians. You will ensure that all service work meets Fusion Heating , Air and Insulation quality standards and complies with industry regulations. This includes conducting field inspections and audits to assess quality of work performed by technicians. You will promote the professional growth of HVAC technicians by identifying training needs, providing training opportunities, and offering guidance on technical advancement in the field.
Requirements:
Minimum of 5 years of experience as an HVAC Service Manager with a focus on residential and light commercial systems
Strong problem-solving skills and ability to troubleshoot complex HVAC issues
Ability to prioritize tasks and effectively manage time
Customer oriented mindset with a focus on delivering Peak Performance
Valid Driver's License, a clean driving record and a clean background check
NATE Certification preferred
-Experience with Service Titan, not required but preferred
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $75,000.00 - $100,000.00 per year
