PrideStaff is searching for HVAC Technical Support Representatives for a local manufacturing clients of ours.

We are searching for candidates who have a passion for the HVAC Industry and are looking for a substantial career with room for growth and amazing benefits!

This is a Direct Hire Position in which you will be directly employed with the client's company.

_ HVAC Technical Support Representative Description:_

Ideally, the candidate will have experience working with refrigeration compressors, temperature, pressure, humidity, and current sensors, as well as custom support software. This is a dynamic, fast-paced, and customer-focused environment where responsiveness and technical sales support is critical to the success of the company.

Schedule: Monday - Friday, 1st Shift, Full Time

Pay Rate: $25.00 - $35.00 per hour

Location: Fort Myers

HVAC Technical Support Representatives Responsibilities:

• Assist customers using equipment via phone or email with the process of troubleshooting their equipment, start-up procedures, and uploading of firmware and configurations.
• Analyze situations and determine resources needed to solve them, asking for assistance when needed.
• Develop configurations, drawings, and graphics in a timely manner based on information provided on a sales order.
• Review daily priorities and take appropriate action to ensure results are achieved, providing status of ongoing projects and future projects to the supervisor.
• Ensure project goals and expectations are met or exceeded.
• Travel as required for Field Support (Company will provide compensation).
• Participate in ongoing training for Tech Support Team to help maintain a level of product and application knowledge.
• Resolve customer issues or difficulties in a manner that is consistent with the company mission, values, and financial objectives.
• Other duties as assigned by the supervisor.

HVAC Technical Support Representative Qualifications:

• Trade school certification or field experience with an understanding of HVAC and refrigeration.
• Knowledge and/or understanding of superheating and sub cooling.
• Must have current EPA Universal Certification.
• Prioritize, organize and perform multiple work assignments simultaneously.
• Perform accurately in a detail-oriented environment.
• Experience skills including Excel, Outlook, Word.
