Job Description: We are currently seeking a talented and experienced HVAC Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in HVAC systems and a proven track record of providing high-quality service to clients. Responsibilities include performing installations, maintenance, and repairs on heating, cooling, and ventilation systems, as well as troubleshooting issues to ensure optimal performance.

Key Responsibilities:

Install, maintain, and repair HVAC systems, including furnaces, air conditioners, heat pumps, and ductwork

Perform routine maintenance tasks, such as cleaning, lubricating, and adjusting HVAC components

Diagnose and troubleshoot system malfunctions to identify root causes and recommend solutions

Conduct thorough inspections and assessments of HVAC systems to ensure compliance with safety and efficiency standards

Provide excellent customer service, including addressing client inquiries and concerns in a professional manner

Complete work orders accurately and in a timely manner, documenting all service activities and materials used

Collaborate with team members and contractors to complete projects on schedule and within budget

Adhere to safety protocols and regulations at all times to prevent accidents and injuries

Qualifications:

High school diploma or equivalent

Completion of a technical training program in HVAC or a related field

EPA certification for handling refrigerants

Minimum of 3 years of experience as an HVAC technician

Strong knowledge of HVAC systems, components, and troubleshooting techniques

Ability to read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical manuals

Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail

Customer-focused attitude with strong communication and interpersonal skills

Valid driver's license and clean driving record
