We are seeking a skilled and experienced HVAC Technician to join our team. The tech will be responsible for installing, maintaining, repairing heating, ventilation, air conditioning, refrigeration systems for residential and commercial dwellings. The tech will ensure that all systems operate efficiently and effectively, providing optimal comfort and air quality to our customers. We are looking for an individual that is self motivated, problem solver, excellent communication skills and that can think ahead and not be looked after.

Pay dependent on experience $38,000 - $65,000 yr.

Responsibilities:

Repair or service heating, ventilating, and air conditioning (HVAC) systems to improve efficiency, such as by changing filters, cleaning ducts.

Establish customer rapport to ensure the highest levels of satisfaction

Test pipe or tubing joints or connections for leaks, using pressure gauge or soap-and-water solution

Test electrical circuits or components for continuity, using electrical test equipment

Repair or replace defective equipment, components, or wiring

Qualifications:

Past experience as an HVAC service technician or comparable

Valid Drivers License

EPA Certification, NATE certification or the ability to obtain one is not a must but helpful.

Experience with operation and maintenance of, heat pumps, air handlers, gas furnaces, A/C units,

Ability to climb ladders, crawl, and lift 40 + pounds
