We are seeking a skilled HVAC InstallerS AND MANAGERS to join our team. As an HVAC Installer, you will be responsible for installing, maintaining, and repairing heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems in residential and commercial properties. This is a full-time position with competitive pay and benefits. Responsibilities: - Install new heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems - Perform routine maintenance on existing systems - Troubleshoot and repair HVAC equipment - Collaborate with other team members to ensure efficient and timely completion of projects - Follow safety protocols and adhere to industry standards - Provide excellent customer service Qualifications: - Mechanical knowledge and understanding of HVAC systems - Ability to weld and perform basic fabrication tasks - Valid driver's license with a clean driving record - Experience in van driving for transportation of equipment - Strong problem-solving skills - Ability to work independently or as part of a team - Knowledge of property maintenance and field service procedures Skills: - Service technician experience in HVAC industry - Proficiency in air conditioning system installation and maintenance - Understanding of HVAC system design principles We offer competitive pay based on experience, as well as benefits such opportunities for career advancement.
