Who we are: Sundream HVAC mechanical services business help commercial clients maintain their properties, with a focus on HVAC preventative and reactive maintenance. We have a broad reach of clients across the state of Florida and are looking to expand our offerings with an experienced air test and balance technician.

Key Responsibilities:

Perform air and hydronic balancing of HVAC systems.

Conduct testing and analysis to verify system performance.

Interpret and follow technical specifications, blueprints, and project plans.

Document findings and prepare detailed reports.

Collaborate with project managers, contractors, and other team members to resolve issues and optimize system performance.

Ensure compliance with industry standards, codes, and safety regulations.

Provide recommendations for system improvements and upgrades.

Maintain and calibrate testing equipment.

Qualifications:

AABC, NEBB, or TABB certified.

Strong knowledge of HVAC systems, components, and controls.

Proficient in the use of testing instruments such as manometers, anemometers, flow hoods, and balancing tools.

Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.

Mature and responsible.
