Job Description
We are an established HVAC services company that values a team mentality, customer service, and integrity, looking for an experienced Receptionist to work in our service department. You will work with our service team to capture incoming calls, assess technician notes and provide clients with service reports, provide general customer service, correspondence, and aid with scheduling and contract renewals. This position will work directly with our service management team and field team to provide the best care for our clients. This role may also get some exposure to some light administrative work.
