[Position Summary]The HYBE America Internship Program is looking for a Human Resources Recruiting Intern. This is a paid internship that requires a commitment of 25-30 hours per week with flexible hours. The HR Intern will work alongside our HR Director to support the HR function with a primary concentration on recruiting while gaining valuable hands-on experience in many other functional areas of Human Resources. The internship will last 10-12 weeks.[Primary Focus & HR Activities]• Works with the HR Director to identify qualified applicants from various sources• Prepare/provide information to candidates throughout the interview process• Oversees process, resume flow, candidate scheduling, background checks, interview preparation• Identifies sources and pipelines for hard to fill roles[Qualifications]• Demonstrates ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously and work in a fast paced environment with a sense of urgency.• Strong organizational and communication skills• Excellent interpersonal skills; it is imperative that the successful candidate can communicate effectively with candidates, hiring managers, etc.• Ability to learn quickly and follow processes and procedures• Knowledge of basic HR and interviewing fundamentals• Currently working towards a Bachelor’s degree in HR or a related field
