Internship, Training & Development Project Coordinator[Position Summary]The HYBE America Internship Program is looking for a Project Coordinator Intern to support the HYBE America Training and Development (T&D) group. The T&D group is responsible for providing the best training and development for our aspiring artists to reach their fullest potential and abilities. You will be responsible for providing project management, communication and administrative support. You need to be comfortable managing multiple projects with excellent time management and organizational skills. [Key Responsibilities & Accountabilities] Maintains calendars and schedules/coordinates in-person or remote meetings, presentations and appointments spanning multiple time zonesManage vendor, instructor, and partner relationsComposes and prepares confidential correspondence, reports, and other documents such as project budgetingPrepares and tracks expense reports and purchasing requests for supplies and equipmentDevelops and/or maintains databases, distribution lists, mailing lists and filing systemsAssist preparation of records such as agenda, notices, minutes, and resolutions for meetings and talent evaluationsAbility to coordinate multiple tasks, appropriately prioritize work and proactively manage time in order to remain focused and adaptable in a fluid, fast-paced environment [Qualifications]Degree or related experience in psychology, sociology, education, business, music, youth developmentPrevious experience in youth development or working with young adults is highly preferredAbility to handle sensitive and confidential information is a must.Proficient working knowledge setting up video conference meetings, such as Zoom and Google MeetsExcellent interpersonal and communication skills to build strong working relationships in and outside of HYBE America.Ability to meet tight deadlines, demonstrate accuracy and high quality of work.Self-motivated, creative, resourceful, detail oriented, highly organized.Strong written and verbal skills to build and present presentations.Ability to work in a fast paced environment and collaborate well with others.Passion and interest in areas such as entertainment, music, artist development.Intuitive and innately curious, not afraid to ask questions and navigate an ambiguous environment.Must have strong knowledge of Microsoft Office/G Suite and office management softwares
