People Operations Representative (Part-Time HR Generalist)
POP Therapies is seeking a self-driven individual with knowledge and experience in HR management and operations.

A successful team player in this role will report and work directly with the CEO and COO of the company to support the HR infrastructure and other administrative responsibilities.
Job Responsibilities
Coordinate and manage the onboarding process for new hires, including preparing offer letters, employment contracts, and welcome materials.
Facilitate new hire orientations, ensuring employees are informed of company policies, benefits, and culture.
Ensure timely collection and verification of new hire documentation, including I-9s, tax forms, and other required paperwork.
Serve as the main point of contact for new employees during their onboarding period, addressing questions and concerns.
Maintain compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations, as well as company policies.
Conduct audits of employee records to ensure accuracy and compliance.
Assist in the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures.
Monitor and track required employee training, certifications, and policy acknowledgments.
Maintain and update employee records in HR systems, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality.
Prepare reports related to HR metrics, such as turnover, headcount, and compliance tracking.
Respond to employee inquiries regarding HR policies, benefits, and processes.
Assist with payroll processing, time tracking, and employee status changes as needed.
Provide administrative support for HR initiatives, events, and projects.

Job Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
At least 2 years of experience in an HR role, preferably with onboarding and compliance responsibilities.
Strong knowledge of employment laws and HR best practices.
Excellent organizational and time management skills with attention to detail.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to maintain confidentiality.
