工作內容

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

Duties Includes the following (other duties may be assigned or removed upon requirement):

• Diagnose / repair anything correlating with Computer / technical issues (i.e. computer / camera / network / RF box / printer etc.)
• Troubleshoot / disassemble / repair printers / printer issues / Fixing Label jams / Replacing Label rolls
• Diagnose Network connectivity issues / domains / Network Mapping / Troubleshooting, maintain Network security
• Prep and maintain Laptops, printers, monitors and other IT equipment / create / setup new user laptops
• Download / Install / Update programs
• Provide office / Line Training for installed programs
• Create / setup provided scripts; create/support IT databases
• Provide program support: QC and Production, MS Office, Visio, PAL, Configurator, WiPASNext, iQT / iQT desktop, printer issues / Fixing Label jams / Replacing Label rolls and More (please note that this list is constantly changing due to projects ending and starting)
• Communicate with Manufacturers for trouble shooting/repair/general knowledge
• Collaborate with end-users to effectively solve issues regarding network and internal Network
• Research information on equipment for new and existing projects for both IT and other teams
• Equipment creation / modification, shipping/Receiving of equipment
• Log specific program / station configurations and changes
• Report IT software / hardware adding, changing monthly; report hardware and software failure analysis and solution
• Assist with IT purchase plan about IT tools, software, and IT devices or hardware parts monthly.
• Assist with SOP and IT Document Creation.

• 擅長工具: Visio

薪資福利

月薪: NT$37,500 ~ NT$51,000
