An incredible entry-level opportunity for a future business leader! Our CEO, Nathan Bruschi, is looking for an executive assistant for an immediate start. You would work directly with him in running both HRI of Minnesota and his private equity fund Anchorwork Inc. As an officer in the United States Navy, graduate of Harvard Business School, and the founder of an award-winning non-profit, he looks forward to finding a candidate with the right fit, and to mentor them in their career going forward..

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Conduct analysis to aid in strategic business decisions
• Work on special projects related to geographic and ecommerce expansion
• Handle administrative needs of the CEO
• Arrange conference calls and meetings
• Maintain and order supplies

• Strong organizational skills
• Ability to prioritize and multitask
• Executive presence
• Strong attention to detail
• Bonus: previous experience in customer-facing roles
