Responsibilities: Key Responsibilities: • Perform expert blow dry and styling services • Conduct comprehensive scalp health treatments and assessments • Provide personalized hair care recommendations using our oWay product line • Maintain a clean, organized, and luxurious workspace • Build and maintain strong client relationships • Contribute to our positive, team-oriented culture Qualifications: Required Qualifications: • Valid PA Cosmetology License • Minimum 2 years of styling experience • Strong technical skills in blow drying and styling • Experience with scalp treatments preferred • Excellent customer service and communication skills • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment • Professional appearance and positive attitude Compensation: $15 - $20 hourly
