Evaluate personal preferences to recommend appropriate haircuts and hairstyles

Provide in depth consultation to determine their hair care needs and recommend products and tools

Stay updated on the latest hair trends and techniques

Build and maintain long term relationship with Guest

Manage time efficiently to ensure Guest satisfaction

Maintain a clean and organized work space

Qualifications

Successful completion of a cosmetology school and DC or Maryland license is required

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Proven experience as a stylist, hairdresser, or similar role is preferred

In-depth knowledge of hair cutting techniques and best practices

Skilled at hair coloring, straightening, and curling techniques

Familiar with a variety of treatment products

Up-to-date with trends in fashion and beauty
