Job Overview: We are seeking a skilled, licensed cosmetologist who is passionate about working with clients experiencing hair loss, thinning, and those seeking luxurious hair extensions or toppers. As a key member of our team, you will work one-on-one with clients to provide personalized hair solutions, including custom hair extension applications, hair loss treatments, and advice on maintaining healthy, beautiful hair. If you're a creative, customer-focused professional with a deep understanding of hair care and extensions, we want to meet you!

Responsibilities:

Consult with clients to understand their hair goals, hair loss concerns, and lifestyle needs.

Apply a variety of hair extension techniques using the Salon’s required methods, cutting and styling the extensions to blend with the customer’s natural hair.

Proficiency in hair cutting, coloring and styling techniques.

Perform scalp assessments and offer personalized hair loss solutions, including treatments and product recommendations.

Provide expert guidance on how to care for extensions and natural hair, including maintenance schedules and at-home care routines.

Maintain an organized, clean, and welcoming salon environment.

Stay current on the latest hair extension trends, techniques, and hair loss treatments.

Build strong, lasting relationships with clients and offer ongoing support and maintenance services.

Adhere to all safety and sanitation standards.

Qualifications:

Valid cosmetology license in California.

Strong communication and customer service skills.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Knowledge of the latest hair extension methods, products, and trends.

A passion for helping others feel confident and beautiful.

Detail-oriented, creative, and compassionate approach to hair care.
