We are seeking someone who is serious about pursuing a career as a stylist in the hair industry, has a strong work ethic, and is ready and enthusiastic to learn. The assistant position works directly for the owner and entails setting up the stations before and cleaning them after the owner's day is done. You will apply color, shampoo, blow dry, may provide make-up application, and more. You will need to have excellent verbal communication skills, as well as the ability to effectively prioritize and manage your time. The position requires the ability to start your day bright and early. Some days you may be required to arrive at the salon by 5:40 a.m. and overtime hours as needed. Hygiene and dress must be appropriate for working with high-end clientele.

Our goal is to create state-of-the-art stylists who learn from and train with the best. Education is available for growth and the ability to build a clientele within the salon. You will receive on-site training directly from the owner and other stylists and learn to be the best with hair techniques and Aveda product knowledge.
