Roof Property Inspector Contractor
Hancock Claims Consultants, the nation’s top provider of steep and high roof and property inspections for insurance carriers across the US is seeking motivated and professional roof and property inspectors. This is a great opportunity for dynamic, motivated self-starters to work on a variety of assignments including steep and high roof inspections, as well as other types of property inspections.
Must have strong customer service skills in addition to the technical ability to complete inspections in varied weather conditions. Roofing and construction related background and/or insurance claims experience are a plus but not required. Our technicians are Independent Contractors and must possess a valid driver’s license and a dependable truck capable of transporting a 32’ ladder.
REQUIREMENTS:
Valid driver’s license
Reliable truck with the ability to transport at least a 32’ ladder
Possess or ability to obtain LLC designation, workers compensation and general liability insurance
Comfortable accessing steep and high roof systems with ability to climb varying pitches
Ability to complete inspection requirements on handheld tablet device
