We are seeking Licensed Estheticians that are ready to learn and strictly education driven. Hand & Stone offers education and an ELITE program, which allows the masters of their craft to proudly display their wealth of knowledge and excellence. We provide high-quality, result-driven facial treatments delivered in a supportive environment. We are a Dermalogica, Image & Clarity spa. We offer a variety of facial services including: LED, microdermabrasion, nanoinfusion, microcurrent, chemical peels, DiamondGlow and soon adding dermaplaning.

This location and Owned and Operated by a Hand and Stone Elite Esthetician.

Job Responsibilities:

Design and create progressive treatment plans based on the client’s skincare goals

Participate in hands-on training as well as workshops and webinars

Create excellent experience for members/guests through friendly and helpful attitude

Generate new clientele through promoting member referrals and memberships

Help maintain professionalism and cleanliness of therapy rooms and common areas

Job Requirements:

Retail sales

Liability insurance

Knowledge and understanding of all services on the LE menu

Ability to travel to Garner NC for trainings

Open availability for training

Ability to follow protocols
