General Responsibilities:

Train all new hires in foundation training

Schedule and coordinate new hire trainings

Train on Policies and Procedures

Coach on membership, gift card and phone scripts to increase sales

Work at other spas in the region to help increase sales

Introduce internal advancement plan and get them started

Lead by example with 25% membership conversion rate

Host regional trainings

Initiate Promotions

Job Requirements:

Be 18 years and older

2-3 years of sales experience

Highschool Diploma
