    Position Overview: We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Hand Therapist to join our team in Boise, ID. The ideal candidate will be either an Occupational Therapist (OT) or a Physical Therapist (PT) with certification in hand therapy. You will be responsible for evaluating, planning, and implementing treatment programs for patients with upper extremity injuries and conditions.

    Responsibilities:

    • Conduct thorough evaluations of patients with hand and upper extremity conditions.
    • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans to improve patient outcomes.
    • Utilize a variety of therapeutic techniques and modalities to address patient needs.
    • Educate patients and their families on treatment plans, home exercises, and injury prevention.
    • Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure comprehensive patient care.
    • Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records and documentation.
    • Participate in continuing education and professional development activities.

    Qualifications:

    • Current licensure as an Occupational Therapist (OT) or Physical Therapist (PT) in the state of Idaho.
    • Strong clinical skills and knowledge of hand and upper extremity rehabilitation.
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
    • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
    • Commitment to providing high-quality patient care.
