As we continue to stay busy and expand, we are seeking a reliable handyman that has experience in all basic areas of home improvement and carpentry, and who is able to work along side a lead carpenter and execute confidently on the assignments given. Responsibilities:

🔨 Assist with various home improvement projects, including repairs, installations, and renovations. 🛠️ Support carpentry tasks such as framing, trim work, cabinetry, and general woodwork. 🏡 Perform basic plumbing, electrical, drywall, painting, tiling, and flooring work as needed. 📐 Read and interpret blueprints, sketches, and work orders. 🚚 Load, transport, and unload tools, materials, and equipment to job sites. 🧹 Maintain a clean and organized work environment. 💬 Communicate effectively with lead carpenters, team members, and clients to ensure high-quality service. ✅ Follow safety protocols and ensure all work meets quality and industry standards.

Qualifications:

✔️ Minimum 2 years of handyman, carpentry, or general home improvement experience. ✔️ Strong knowledge of tools, materials, and techniques in carpentry and home repairs. ✔️ Ability to work independently and as part of a team. ✔️ Reliable transportation and a valid driver’s license. ✔️ Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail. ✔️ Strong work ethic and professionalism. ✔️ Ability to lift 50+ lbs and perform physically demanding tasks.
